The Roof Terrace
The Roof Terrace, spacious, with fantastic views. Perfect if you want a break from the pool or sea, for rest and relaxation in wonderful seclusion!
You have sole use of the 75 square metre roof terrace. It benefits from a traditional built-in charcoal BBQ, washbasin, outside shower and garden area.
For sun lovers there are loungers and shading under the large pergola. A wooden dining table and six chairs provide a perfect area for al fresco dining and a separate seating area with cushioned chairs is very comfortable to use whilst enjoying your afternoon tea and cake or prosecco and nibbles!
Comfortable bedrooms
There are three comfortable bedrooms. All have built-in wardrobes (with coat hangers) and handy USB ports near the beds. All the bedrooms benefit from external black out/security shutters and are fully air-conditioned/heated.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 look out over the pool and the 3rd bedroom is at the rear of the building, great for children or toddlers.
Beautiful bathrooms
The Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath, fixed overhead shower, and hand held shower, safety glass shower screen. New sanitary ware, sink and WC. There is ample storage in the under sink, build in drawer unit. Large mirror with built in LED light, shaver point. Towel rails and separate shelving unit.
The walk-in shower is off the inner hallway. It benefits from a large walk-in shower, sink and WC. Mirror with built-in light and de-mist facility, shaver point, and shelving.
Balcony and Pool
The balcony is accessed through sliding doors off the lounge. Directly overlooking the pool, it has table, chairs and a retractable awning, making it a pleasant area any time of day but ideal for lazy breakfasts, lunch or dinner.
The beautiful architecturally designed 3 tiers swimming pool is wonderful. Set in mature landscaped gardens it offers grassy banks to rest or sun loungers are available on the solarium. Beautiful bougainvillea drape over the pergolas and pretty ponds with resident terrapins, fish and frogs. Shower next to the pool. The tiered pool levels offer something for everyone, shallow area for infants and toddlers (with supervision) and space for swimming lengths.
Pine Walk promenade and sandy beach a short stroll away
The famous Pine Walk is a short 200m stroll from the development. The sandy beach is perfect for relaxation and the sheltered, shallow bay offers safe fun for all ages. The paved promenade hugs the curved Pollensa Bay, which is lovely to amble along and enjoy the world go by as you wander into the town centre for its restaurants and bars.
