Information for apartment rental:

• official licensed holiday apartment ETVPL/13595
• additional cleaning charge £180 on all bookings
• refundable security deposit £350 on all bookings
• prices include Spanish IVA (VAT)
• we pay your Mallorca tourist tax
• minimum rental period one week, maximum 2 weeks
• rental period normally 3pm arrival & 10am departure
• change over day flexible, by prior agreement 
• acceptance of rental agreement terms are required
• passport scans for all adults to be provided in advance to comply with local Guardia Civil requirements
